HIGH FIDELITY #1: Elvis!

OK, after much deliberation, I came up with this week's High Fidelity theme...the Mountain West Conference tournament is taking place this weekend in Vegas, and UNLV is coming to Tony Gwynn Stadium this weekend, so I'm going with VEGAS SONGS!  Songs specifically about or strongly identified with Sin City.  We start with the most obvious pick in the history of picking songs for themes:

    I doubt there's a YouTube of it, but for Vegas songs, you've absolutely got to check out Mojo Nixon's "The Pleasurelegiance".

    At first glance this is a reach...

    ...but when thinking about Vegas (besides 18 hour benders and large blackjack winnings misspent at Scores/Spearmint Rhino/Little Darlings) I tend to think of the unsolved crimes of Sin City and CBS' 9 season running CSI...

    ..... which of course = THE WHO
