HIGH FIDELITY #3: The Vegas Crooners

In addition to songs about Las Vegas, there are a host of songs indelibly linked to Sin City, including the iconic songs that you've "gotta hear" sometime in a Vegas show.  Two of the longest running Vegas performers of all time, Wayne Newton and Tom Jones, each give us their "gotta hear it" time-worn standard.  Do you think at some point later at night, each of these guys secretly hates these songs now?  Second question, which of the two do you like better?  Respond in the comments...

  1. It's gotta be Tom Jones. 1. The Flogging Molly cover of "Delilah" is superfantastic live. 2. The end of Mars Attacks where he sings "It's Not Unusual" with the Disney like animals flocking to him was wonderfully sanity melting.
